The World seems to be getting smaller all the time and just about every provider needs to either find or maintain a job whether they live in America or Overseas. It’s not really about “us” against “them”; it’s simply about providing for one’s family and doing what you were trained to do. We respect workers worldwide, but are focused here in America during these times of unsettled economic climate.

It’s no secret that American Companies have been Outsourcing more and more IT and Telecommunication Jobs Overseas in the past 10+ Years. Yet, we still offer degrees in this field at most major Universities, Colleges, and Tech Training Schools. Educate and then ship the jobs overseas, ironic is it not.

So, why are companies sending these jobs overseas?

It’s economics mostly. Here in the U.S. most of these jobs come with the company paying federal, state, and local taxes, plus retirement, sick and vacation, maybe 401k, equipment costs, phones, computers, desks, supplies, electricity and so on and so on.

There’s nothing wrong with this and we hope as many companies that can still provide these services and opportunities.

But for those they can’t or simply won’t, why not consider using them right here in the U.S. Under an Outsource Agreement, provide for local jobs, getting more jobs back in American hands in our own economy, while helping you and getting what you’re paying for on demand local basis.

• We hope as the turnaround takes place that the employer knows who the good workers are and decide to bring them on full time
