Pware Web 90210 at the City of Beverly Hills CA.

The City of Beverly Hills was used as “Oil Exploration Land” back in 1900.

The City's first streets: Rodeo, Canon, Crescent, Carmelita, Elevado and Lomitas were constructed in 1907. Will Rogers was the first “Honorary Mayor” and built the first City Hall in 1932. The Beverly Hillbillies invaded the city in the 1960’s, The Beverly Hills Cop in the 1980’s, Beverly Hills 90210 in the 1990’s, and Pware Web in the 2004.

Telenomics Pware was originally installed at the City of Beverly Hills CA. in 1987. In April of this year, we were able to replace ourselves with Pware Web, opening up the system to additional users and eliminating the requirement of printing mounds of paperwork every month while reducing system labor. This upgrade was planned for well in advance. It went off extremely smooth, working with both their IT and Telecom personnel.

The staff we worked with at Beverly Hills are simply outstanding, from the Director of IT, to the purchasing people, DBA and Telecom. They have a very professional staff and we’re very pleased to be associated with them.

Telenomics Wins Bid at Ontario International Airport For Pware Web

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is located 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles in the west end of San Bernardino County. Among the most dynamic of the nation's airports, Ontario International Airport has seen a 500% increase in airline passenger volume in the last 10 years. During the same period, air cargo shipments have increased an amazing 1700%. Currently, about 6 million passengers and 250 thousand tons of air cargo are handled annually.

Telenomics Pware Web won the bid to install a Web based Call Accounting System at the Ontario Airport. The bid was based around the ability to incorporate several Nortel PBX / Key Systems into a single DB, provide Security, Forced Account Codes and Telephone Directories to an Unlimited Number of Users over their internal Web System.

Telenomics is currently in the planning and management phases of the system implementation with the staff from Ontario. The first issue being addressed is utilizing Pware Web over their internal network with the ability to operate over redundant Windows Servers.

Rate Plan Optimization Report

The Rate Plan Optimization Report provides timely recommendations and the accompanying detail that lets you approve the most cost-effective rates for each user. Based on historical patterns of use, plan alternatives are presented along with projected savings. You determine the range of months to analyze and the threshold of savings you wish to consider then make data-driven decisions to eliminate waste and maximize your wireless investment.

The Telecommunications Industry Association in a March 16, 2004 report indicated that spending on wireless services in 2003 ($89 billion) surpassed spending on landline long-distance ($78 billion) for the first time. What’s your company doing to protect and control these assets.

Admin Charge Detail Report

Each month Enterprise Monitor notifies and distributes cell phone use and billing information to each manager according to their access privileges. Authorized managers and administrators are alerted to potential abuse situations. Integrated workflow communication lets managers easily approve rate change recommendations made by the MobilSense rate optimizer.

Why Cell Phone Management

The Cell Phone Bill is easy to manage, when put into a form that gives Department Managers the ability to analyze their employees costs and phone business habits, on a monthly basis.

If your company is directly paying for cell phones and their related costs utilized by the employees within the company, you may want to take this seriously.

If for example, your company is on a Basic Cell Phone Plan that’s around $39 - $59 a month for “X” amount of monthly minutes and you stay within that range every month, not exceeding those minutes, you’re unique and doing great. If not, consider the following.

When personal calls are mixed in with business calls, we believe about 70+ % are of the personal variety. When you exceed the Basic Plan Charges you then have to pay a premium for “Overage Costs”. This goes on each and every month and can affect your budgets bottom line. The goal should be to eliminate enough of the personal calls to get back within the Basic Plan Limit, reducing or ridding yourself of the Overage Costs you’re paying each and every month.

The charges over the Basic Plan can mount up quickly. See attached matrix where the assumption is That 70 of the phones you have will exceed the basic plan. We used $25 per month overage per Cell Phone that exceeded the basic amount. You can change this amount in the matrix to reflect your company average and re-calculate the new amounts.
