Telenomics and Nice
Corporation to sign OEM Agreement to integrate PwareWeb with the
Nice Voice Recording Product Line.

NICE is a global leader in visual interaction recording solutions.
With NiceVision you will have the power to evaluate and analyze digitally
recorded video and audio to improve your business interactions. NiceVision
will transform the way you look at your business.
We're pleased to announce that we're signing an OEM Agreement with
the Nice Corporation in the arena of voice recording. We're also integrating
our PwareWeb Call Accounting System into the Nice voice recording
product line. We'll be working both through Nice and the Nice Dealers
Channel to incorporate and sell our Telenomics PwareWeb System. Several
of these dealers have already signed up with Telenomics with more
to follow. If you're looking into our PwareWeb, you can now contact
a Nice Dealer in your area, or call us direct.
The PwareWeb System will be featuring a new release which will interface
directly into the Nice Voice Recording Systems through the API's.
This new release is designed to enable the ability to play back recorded
calls from the PwareWeb CAS. A Nice Recording System will need to
be in place to enable this new design. We also intend to enable the
user to simply point and click right from PwareWeb platform going
directly into the Nice System. It's a very exciting concept that has
received great feedback from our informal survey with end users.
Telenomics is very excited about this new opportunity and plans to
work through both the established Nice Dealers and directly with the
end users. If you're a current Pware User looking into Voice Recording
Systems, we offer some large discounts to our installed base. For
information on this product, ask for Todd Stover at Telenomics.

Telenomics PwareWeb our latest Release
The new Pware Call Accounting and Security Software is a perfect application
for the Web. It's very easy to navigate through, and since its web
based, minimal training is required for departmental managers utilizing
the system. Traditionally, call accounting systems can seem complicated
and hard to manage. We've changed all this. One senior PBX Sales Director
we met said it was the best Call Accounting Package he's seen in his
40 years in the business. That was quite a compliment for us. We hope
to have some more news on working directly with this PBX Corporation
in our next newsletter release.
The system also works great for end users with multiple site locations
and PBX's. We simply install a network buffer over their LAN, nail
down an ip address, and utilize Tcp/ip to move the data back to customers
Windows 2000 or NT Server. We then store the data in their Oracle
Data Base (which we'll optionally provide and install); set-up the
security features and enables the customer to manage the system over
the web utilizing their internet capabilities. We specialize in replacing
2nd and 3rd generation CAS, already in place.
With the new Web Pware, users at any of the company locations can
inquire into the systems server with the proper passwords and get
their own reports. This eliminates a major portion of the work traditionally
required of the Telecom Manager; freeing them up for other projects.
With PwareWeb, we also offer custom programming and system interfaces
for such items as LDAP, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.

Pware 3000 Marketing
Changes
Telenomics made the business decision in September of this year
to discontinue selling the HP3000 Server product line. We seldom
found any HP 3000 sale opportunities in the past two years. This
greatly influenced our decision after over 19 years of being on
this platform. We'll still support our Pware 3000 product line
software. We intend to continue this support for our software into
the foreseeable future as long as Hewlett Packard still supports
the HP 3000 and its compilers.
If you're a Pware 3000 user and wish to continue using the product
on the HP 3000 platform, we don't see any problems unless your Pware
3000 is in the compatibility mode. When Hewlett Packard no longer
supports the compatibility compiler this could become a problem. What
we suggest is one of two choices:
1) We have a Pware Program to convert Pware 3000 compatibility software
on your system to native mode. This will require you to sign a new
disclosure / confidentiality agreement for the source code and obtain
a native mode Pware 3000 License from Telenomics. With this in place
we will recompile the code on your system and continue to support
the Pware 3000 on your system.
2) Many Pware 3000 customers have begun purchasing PwareWeb and having
us convert their data over from the HP 3000 platform to the new Windows
2000 platform. Discounts of PwareWeb License Fees of 50% to existing
Pware 3000 and Pware UNIX customers are good through September 31,
2002.
New Web Reports,
Features Highlights
We've incorporated many new reports and features into our latest
Pware Web release. For example you can now import cell phone, pagers
and credit card bills into the system and assign them to an owner.
The owner can have more than one extension (resource). In fact the
owner can have as many resources and types as you want to assign.
We simply assign resources to owners. The owner number is user defined
but normally is the same one that's assigned in the HR System.
If you're a department manager you can be assigned security passwords.
This will allow you into the Web System (providing you have a web
browser) and view your employee's data and activities (only your assigned
employees will be available to you). Everything in the system is point
and click. You could run a view which will give you a summary of all
the employees in your department by individual and then call type.
You can then drill down to your assigned employees and view whatever
detail that interests you. It's well organized and very simple to
use.
We came up with one of our new reports (really a customer request
/ idea) that are really a big hit. Assume you assign an owner several
resources; two extensions, one pager, expensive electronic phone,
etc. Assume further, you have more of these types of resources distributed
throughout your facility. Suddenly the CFO hires a new Administrative
Assistant and requires an electronic phone, and two new extensions.
This is a new expense for you to purchase (plus you have the red tape
dealing with purchasing)
We assume you get these types of requests all the time. Wouldn't
it be great if you could run a report that identified all your resources
(inventory items) that have no activity! Instead of buying a new electronic
phone or a new cell phone, assigning a new extension, etc. simply
run a report that shows you where your inventory is that has no call
activity and simply reassign it. How much would that save you in new
equipment expenses per year?
We're already working on our next PwareWeb release that includes
a new Call Center Report by agent and activity. We're introducing
new Trunk Activity Reports which have a point & click drill down
to the trunk group and where the next level is the actual trunks.
You can also drill down by telephone number and dates to view which
trunks are being utilized over a given period of time. Given the fact
it's so easy to add new reports and features on the web, we plan to
have several new releases, we'll tell you about them in upcoming newsletters.
If you would like to get a demo on the system, call Telenomics Customer
Service at (909) 296-1270 or contact one of our dealers. Have your
web browser ready to log on and we'll walk you through it.
