Getting America I.T. Jobs Back to Work Program
Custom Programming / Out-Sourcing: For the past 10+ Years, I.T. Jobs have been shipped overseas at alarming numbers. At the same time Unemployment figures in the U.S. are hitting all time highs. Trying to keep jobs here at home and keeping us working is a priority.
While many companies thought that they were saving a lot of overhead by Out-Sourcing IT Jobs overseas, it may just have backfired. Some good articles on the subject can be found by doing a search over the internet. Some of our favorites can be found here. Check them out for yourself.
First, we would like to say that we hope your company is not laying off in the I.T. Sector (or any other sector for that matter), or if you have, that you are done with the layoffs. Being laid off from a job can be one of the top 2-3 devastating times of one’s life.
We believe a lot of IT Jobs that have been shipped overseas are, and will continue to come back into the U.S. We also think that a lot of these companies will still want to outsource to maintain their Budget savings in fringe dollars such as: Sick Time, Vacation Pay, Local, State and Federal Taxes, 401k, Retirement, Insurance, Office Space, Utilities, Capital Equipment, etc. We believe bringing jobs back to America will become a large priority beginning in 2009 and will continue for years to come. We plan to be part of it.
In the past year we’ve received increased requests from our own customers for work; Specifications, Programming / Managed Services, Recommendations, etc. Basically these are Outsource Services. At the same time we’re receiving new IT job applications almost every day. |
When you look at where the economy is, what companies are asking from us and how many people are looking for work, it only made sense for us to pay attention and further open up our Professional Services and expand them. As a result, we are offering Local Outsource Services to the Public. These services will not include the normal “Headhunter Fees” associated with Contracting People and their Services.
Our fees will be derived from T&M quotes or bids - however the customer would like to structure it. We will quote from a simple specification, request, and / or bid or create specifications for the customer upon request. These services are available for Managed Services, Telecommunications, Programming, Web and Feasibilities as Out-Sourced Service. For more information, simply contact us at
