Since 1983, Telenomics Inc. has seen a lot of economic downturns in our 26+ years in this industry. The 2008 – 2009 downturns seem to have hit the country worse than any we have previously seen. There has to be an end in sight, and sometimes one just needs to try and make things happen – to believe in what they’re doing and move forward.
During this time we feel fortunate for the solid install customer base we have maintained over the years and the new business we are receiving. Our hearts do go out to those who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own during these trying times. If there’s anything we can do to help, we will if we can.
In that spirit, we are throwing our hat into the ring with our new Local Outsource Program, “Bringing IT and Telecom Jobs back to America”. We’ve been doing custom programming / management / telecom and services for our own customers for over 27 years, why not “Open it UP” and expand on it. We’ve already started and it seems to be going very well. More on this down below and on web page.
2008 – Not the Best Start Either
We began 2008 by saying Good Bye to our Long Time Friend and Business Partner Mike Foster. Mike had been with us since the Telenomics beginning and that was 1982.
It seemed like just the other day while on a visit from his Colorado home; we barbecued Salmon and sipped some wine, talked about USC and Texas Football then on to basketball. He passed with little warning as we were starting 2008.
Mike leaves behind three children, two boys, a beautiful daughter, one grandson, a loving wife, his church (which he was devoted to) and his work, which was his passion. I can tell you he was loved, respected and will be missed, but never forgotten.

Some Exciting New Services To Look For This Year:
New Web Page: Just completed our new website and comments are appreciated at
info@telenomics.com. Many months in planning only a few to develop as it was well thought out.
Cell Phone Imports: Look for more Carrier Formats offered in our releases. This is becoming more and more important in our billing / tracking modules.
Telephone Directory Enhancements:We are working on Enhancements to the Pware Telephone Directory which should be available later this year.
Notifications/Alarms:We’re in the process of looking at and analyzing the best ways to incorporate several alarms and notifications within Pware to accommodate customer requests.
Customer Requests: Pware always has and most likely always will be customer driven. Since 1983 we have listened to what our customers have to say and incorporate a majority of their idea’s / enhancements when it becomes product feasible for us to do so. For that and to our customers, we would like to say “thank you”.
Enhanced Voice Recording Module:We are in the process of finalizing the incorporation of our new Enhanced Voice Recording module within Pware. We are doing this in conjunction with another vendor (V/R vendor). The new module will offer both a Web CAS and integrated Voice Recording Enhanced System from a single source and point of sale and support. Customers can Track calls, Listen to Recorded calls all within the same system…what a great opportunity!
At this time, Beta Sites are welcomed.
This & That: Miscellaneous New Installations and Formats: Without getting into specific accounts we want to point out that we have seen our greatest number of new installations in both Cisco Linux and Avaya accounts as of late, both on the PBX and VoIP side. We’re sure there are still a lot of other viable vendors out there - we work with many. But these two seem to be getting a lot of the new installations we’re currently seeing and installing.
International: We want to report that we have also just completed bringing up some international sites. We just finished one in Taiwan, we’re completing one in India and are starting another in China, with about 5 more pending. Continued on next page
