Our latest release, Pware Web, sets on a Windows Server behind your fire-wall. It’s a multi-user inquiry system with built in security for each manager. The system also generates monthly e-mail to all of the managers, enabling them to click on their link to go to the internal web and review their own monthly generated reports.
If you wish to use Oracle off a Unix Server, we do this with our Web Server Utilizing ODBC. The DB can set on our Web Server, or, your Unix Server.
You can add as many PBX's / sites into the server as required and manage from a central point. We’ve also included Cell Phone Bill Management in the System or just about any type of record that you would like formatted, costed for inquiry or reporting purposes.
You may also allow managers a log-in to create their own reports by entering dates, prices, phone numbers, durations, etc. Or, you can control the whole system from the System Administrator Log-In.
It's a great product which is replacing a lot of PC Call Accounting Systems (which we consider dated and ineffective).
Bottom line, the system is easy to use (point & click), reliable, allows for multiple users & PBX's and is VERY reasonably priced. It's also easy to interface with other software modules, HR, Finance, LDAP, etc.
Pware Web also supports authorization codes, cell, pager, credit card bills, Telephone Directories, Equipment / Inventory, Trunk / Traffic Analysis, Call Center Reports / Graphs & Departmental Charge-Backs.
