Pware Web is simple for us to install on any PBX / VoIP System. It’s even simpler for you to use. It’s a simply point & click system (Call or e-mail us if you want to look into a demo /trial system).

We install Pware Web and the DB on a Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Server. This Server can be furnished by us, or by you. It work either way.

The Server can be installed at your location or ours. Either you run it internally, or we’ll do it for you as an ASP Module. It’s your choice.

Telenomics can do the whole install and training remotely, or at your location. Again, it’s your choice (we provide a lot of choices).

We use ip addresses to attach your telephone systems to Pware on the Windows Server. In many cases we use Network Buffers, especially if there’s remote / multiple phone systems involved. We can also hook the phone system directly through PC’s to the server without a buffer. There are however many benefits associated in using the network buffer approach. Again, it’s your choice

If you have more than one PBX / VoIP location, we simply identify them by ip address, use your existing WAN with tcp/ip, bringing all of the data into the server on an automated basis. This is a very economical way to reduce overhead and maintenance associated with multiple locations eliminating redundant equipment and people tasks to produce this data and present it as a web module to the whole organization.

We then build you DB, identifying departments, managers, employees, rate plans, etc. assign who can get into the DB over the Web, provide the training and provide for any custom requirements your company may have.

In the case of Cellular, we’ll need you to get a monthly CD from your vendor. Make sure this contains the detail call records, not just the summaries which they may try to offer. If your vendor states they will not provide you with a detailed CD of your bill, threaten to change vendors and see if that causes a change in their attitude. Also let them know you will give them a list of companies who already get detailed CD’s from their Cell Vendor.

We in turn format your CD, enabling Pware Web to accept the cell information on a monthly basis. Once the format is set by us, you add the CD into the DB every month and assign the user(s) to the departments and phone numbers through Pware screens.

Keep in mind we also offer an ASP Model for Cellular if you want us to do all the work for you, put it on our server and assign you passwords. This will enable you to get to your own information over the web off our site 24x7. Both models work quite well.

We then support you remotely, use you for a future reference (if it’s within your company policy) and add value to the product as time goes by. We try and set up a lasting relationship with you and your company.
