Telenomics stays in the elite Best In Class Status with Hewlett Packard, Outlook for 1999 appearing even stronger

Telenomics Inc. is excited to report record company sales of HP 3000's through our Value Added Program in 1998. We had sales of over 2.5 million dollars in new Hewlett Packard 3000 Equipment and Services ending in our fiscal year of 8/31/98. Sales are still holding strong. We're hearing the same kind of comments for record HP 3000 sales from other authorized HP 3000 Resellers throughout the country.

Rick Hupe, V.P of Sales for Telenomics anticipates sales to continue to rise with the strong commitment Hewlett Packard announced at the Best in Class Reseller Seminar he attended in Venice, Italy last spring. HP 3000 sales should also receive a tremendous boost with the introduction of the new IA-64 Chip, which Hewlett Packard will be releasing through Intel later this year. When more details are released on IA-64, we will be happy to report them.
